I had a lovely view over the ocean from my room, but it didn't close properly, so I always had to double-check before leaving. The room had a door to another bedroom, and because of that, I could hear the people in the other room. The hotel was a 5-star property with some minor issues to note.

The hotel has an open concept design which may not suit those seeking a quiet stay. Our room had issues like a leaking shower, non-functional flusher in the toilet, an empty minibar, and a missing bathrobe. The location is great with an infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Panama, but the Wi-Fi can be spotty. The service was friendly and helpful, although the pricing for food and drinks was a bit high.
